Serafina Erte

Registered Osteopath

I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with an integrated Master's degree, but my journey into osteopathy began long before that.

I first worked as a massage therapist and Reiki Master, and those experiences opened my eyes to how powerful hands-on care can be. I loved helping people feel better, but I wanted to go deeper - to understand the body more fully and support people on every level. That's what led me to osteopathy.

Now, as an osteopath, I work with people of all ages to help them move more freely, feel more comfortable, and return to the activities they love. My approach is holistic and patient-centred - I don't just treat symptoms, I listen to the whole story. For me, there's no greater joy than seeing someone leave the clinic with less pain, more freedom, and a renewed sense of hope.

Life outside the clinic is full too! I'm a proud mum of two wonderful boys, and while balancing motherhood and a career hasn't always been easy, it has shaped me into who I am today - resilient, compassionate, and grateful. Earning my degree was a challenging but rewarding journey, and I'm so thankful for the people who supported me along the way.

When I'm not working or with my boys, I love playing volleyball, going for a run, enjoying live music, and spending time with friends and family. Connection, balance, and joy are important to me - and those values guide both my life and my practice.

Sara Austin

Registered Osteopath

Sara is a registered Osteopath graduating from the London School of Osteopathy (B.OST) She also is qualified in sports massage and western dry needling. With a background of Art, human biology and a life long continued interest in health, fitness and wellbeing.

Her early career path journeyed into the film and television industry for nearly two decades, before her biology roots brought her back to study Osteopathy at the LSO.

Her initial career in Art further enhanced the ability to visualise, later on enabling her to see the interconnectivity of the complex human anatomy. Figuring out each persons unique body dynamics, to find the source of pain and dysfunction and plan of treatment.

Sara's passion is all about enabling the return of body movement and function as best possible. The whole body is a unit and works as one to optimise health, healing, movement and function.

Sara uses a classical osteopathic approach but also adds a mixture of therapy styles to suit each individual.

In her spare time Sara likes to keep fit with sports and activities, DIY and walking her dog on the beach.
