Registered Osteopath
I graduated from the European School of Osteopathy with an integrated Master's degree, but my journey into osteopathy began long before that.
I first worked as a massage therapist and Reiki Master, and those experiences opened my eyes to how powerful hands-on care can be. I loved helping people feel better, but I wanted to go deeper - to understand the body more fully and support people on every level. That's what led me to osteopathy.
Now, as an osteopath, I work with people of all ages to help them move more freely, feel more comfortable, and return to the activities they love. My approach is holistic and patient-centred - I don't just treat symptoms, I listen to the whole story. For me, there's no greater joy than seeing someone leave the clinic with less pain, more freedom, and a renewed sense of hope.
Life outside the clinic is full too! I'm a proud mum of two wonderful boys, and while balancing motherhood and a career hasn't always been easy, it has shaped me into who I am today - resilient, compassionate, and grateful. Earning my degree was a challenging but rewarding journey, and I'm so thankful for the people who supported me along the way.
When I'm not working or with my boys, I love playing volleyball, going for a run, enjoying live music, and spending time with friends and family. Connection, balance, and joy are important to me - and those values guide both my life and my practice.
