Our Services

At Rosa Wellness Centre, we offer compassionate, tailored osteopathic care for all stages of life. Whether you are seeking support for pain, posture, pregnancy, or your little one, our treatments are designed to help your body feel balanced and at ease.

Initial Consultation & Treatment

Duration: 60 minutes

First appointment is all about understanding you. We’ll take a full case history, assess your posture and mobility, and carry out a gentle physical examination. You may be asked to undress to your underwear or wear something comfortable that allows us to observe how your body moves.

Once we have a clear picture of what’s going on, we’ll begin your first treatment – tailored to your needs, your body, and your comfort.

Follow-Up
Treatment

Duration: 30 minutes

Follow-up sessions focus on continuing your progress. We will review how you have been feeling since your last visit, reassess as needed, and build on the treatment plan to help you heal and move more freely.

What we treat

Pregnancy Osteopathy

Pregnancy brings incredible changes, and with them, new strains on the body. We offer safe and effective osteopathic treatment to support your body as it adapts – relieving common discomforts such as pelvic pain, lower back aches, and postural tension.

Postnatal Care

The postnatal period can be both beautiful and challenging. Osteopathy can help ease tension, realign the body, and support recovery after childbirth – whether from natural delivery or C-section.

Cranial Osteopathy

Cranial osteopathy uses very subtle, soothing techniques to release deep tension in the body. Although often used with babies and children, it is also deeply effective for adults – especially in times of stress, fatigue, or emotional overwhelm.

Joint & Muscle Pain

Whether it is a sports injury, work strain, or long-standing discomfort, we help address pain in areas like the hips, shoulders, knees, and more. Treatment is tailored to your specific needs, focusing on reducing pain and restoring ease of movement.

Osteopathy for Back & Neck Pain

Gentle, hands-on techniques to relieve pain, restore mobility, and reduce tension caused by poor posture, injury, or lifestyle habits. We work with the body to support its natural ability to heal.

Stress & Tension Relief

Osteopathy does not just help the body – it supports the mind too. Tension often builds in the body from stress, affecting sleep, posture, and mood. Our treatments can help you unwind, rebalance, and feel more like yourself again.

Osteopathy for Babies & Children

From the very beginning of life, babies and children can experience physical tensions – whether from birth, feeding difficulties, or the natural bumps and tumbles of growing up.

Using safe, gentle techniques such as cranial osteopathy, we work to ease discomfort, support healthy development, and help your child feel more settled in their body.

Conditions We Treat

At Rosa Wellness Centre, we understand how pain or discomfort can affect every part of your life. Whether you are dealing with something new or something that’s been with you for a long time, we are here to help you move more freely, feel more comfortable, and live with greater ease.

Here are some of the conditions we often support in clinic:

Arthritis

Living with arthritis can be tough – but you are not alone. We are here to support your joints; help ease stiffness and keep you doing the things you love as comfortably as possible.

Disc Issues

Back pain caused by disc problems can really interrupt life. We work with care to reduce pressure, support your spine, and help you move with more confidence and less discomfort.

Foot & Ankle Pain

Whether it is an injury or something ongoing, foot and ankle pain can affect your whole posture. We are here to help you stay active, stable, and on your feet with more ease.

Hip Pain

We know how much hip pain can impact walking, sleep, and your overall energy. Our aim is to support better movement and help you get back to doing what feels good.

Shoulder Pain

Whether it is from tension, injury or just years of lifting and doing – we are here to help your shoulders move more freely and feel stronger again.

Sports Injuries

If you have picked up an injury through sport or activity, we will help support your recovery – and guide you back to doing what you love with confidence.

Low Back Pain

We see a lot of people with lower back discomfort – you are not alone. Our focus is to help you feel supported, restore balance, and get you back to moving with comfort and strength.

Neck Pain

Neck tension can creep in from stress, posture, or old injuries. We’ll work with care to release what’s tight, ease the strain, and help you feel more upright and freer.

Headaches & Migraines

Tension headaches and migraines can be incredibly draining. We will work gently to ease the tightness in your body that may be contributing, so you can feel lighter and clearer again.

Torticollis (Wry Neck)

Whether affecting a baby or an adult, we gently support better alignment and comfort when the head is tilted or turned due to muscle tightness. We are here to help restore ease and balance.

Sciatica

That sharp, shooting pain down the leg? We have you. We are here to help relieve the pressure, support recovery, and bring back comfort to your daily movement.

Jaw Pain (TMJ)

If you're clenching, grinding, or feeling tension in your jaw, we can help. A gentle, whole-body approach can bring real relief and help you feel more relaxed and at ease.

Whatever you are dealing with, we will meet you where you are — and walk with you toward feeling your best.
We are here to listen, support, and work with you every step of the way.
